Our guarantee is simple, we want you to be enthralled with the results!  So, here's what we promise:

• A delightful experience! If we've promised something will clean up and it doesn't seem quite right, we'll clean it again without charging you. Still not happy? Then there's no charge.
  
  
• If we damage your items, we will fix / repair / replace it.
  
  
• If a spot comes back in the same place that we just cleaned within 2 weeks of our visit, we will come back and remove it at no cost to you.

And, finally, the only fine print you need to know about...

There are some circumstances which are beyond our control and we'll do our best to tell you what to expect before any work begins.  In these instances, our guarantee is limited to delivering the results we promised to you before the cleaning took place.
