Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
At MasterKleen we employ three completely different systems for cleaning and we mix and match the most appropriate system or systems to each particular job. This is to insure that the quality of cleaning will always be to the customer’s ultimate satisfaction.
VLM "Quick Dry" Cleaning
The 1st method is the VLM "Quick Dry" method.
With the quick dry system we utilize proper agitation along with the proper chemicals.
This releases the dirt, grease, and most stubborn stains from the carpets. After
appropriate dwell time, we then pick up all remaining chemical using the floor
machine and bonnet at high speeds to remove all remaining chemicals and residues.
The rotary floor machine provides the agitation needed for aiding the cotton pads in cleaning all sides of the carpet fibers and deep to the backing. This is all accomplished with a minimal amount of moisture, a quick drying time and very little inconvenience to the customer.
Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning)
Our second method is by far the most popular
and proven best for deep cleaning. It is Hot
Water Extraction (steam cleaning). We will use this method on carpets
our technicians feel will provide the best results for. There is NO long dry
times as typically with most steam cleaners, since we use our rotary floor machine
mentioned above to go back over all carpet just steam cleaned and may also use
air movers to speed up dry times. The bonnet picks up almost all the excess moisture
left in carpets providing short dry times ranging 1-3 hours.
Encapsulation Cleaning
The third method of cleaning is Encapsulation cleaning,
one of the newest techniques in commercial carpet cleaning. Most dry soil in
a commercial setting can be readily removed by routine dry vacuuming. It’s the
oily and sticky soils that attract and hold dry soil to the surface. The result
is a dull, gray, and ugly appearance. Encapsulation chemistry cleans better and
helps carpet stay clean longer.
What's the First Step?
The first step in effectively cleaning any carpet is to
counteract sticky soils. The encapsulation chemistry surrounds each soil particle
and crystallizes so it can’t attract other soil. The encapsulated particles release
from the fiber and are easily extracted with normal vacuuming. And since there's
no dirt attracting residue left behind, the carpet stays clean longer. Proven
technology within the commercial carpet industry, this method of cleaning corresponds
with industry standards set for maintaining commercial carpet. These cleaning
systems are recommended by Dupont, Shaw, Collins & Aikman, and Interface for
their commercial carpets.
We will perform your cleaning to industry standards leaving the fabrics very
clean, bright, and smelling springtime fresh. Click
